Biography
Dr. Ammar Younas is a legal scholar, philosopher, and entrepreneur specializing in Technology Law, AI Governance, and the Philosophy of Science and Technology. Affiliated with the Chinese Academy of Sciences and the Center for Long-Term Artificial Intelligence, he is the CEO of Ai Mo Innovation Consultants, where he advises governments, organizations, and startups on AI policy, compliance, and digital transformation. A licensed lawyer in four jurisdictions with over a decade of experience across Central Asia and China, Dr. Ammar has pioneered the teaching of Technology Law in the region and contributed to developing Cross-Cultural AI frameworks. He has authored over 100 research papers and is recognized globally for his contributions to emerging technology law, ethical governance, and interdisciplinary research bridging science, law, and culture.
