Central Asia Tech Law (CAT Law) is a pioneering initiative that examines the impact of emerging technologies like AI, 5G, Big Data, and Digital Privacy on the legal frameworks of Central Asian nations. Coined in 2019 by Dr. Ammar Younas, CAT Law advocates for a unified approach to technology policy across the region while respecting national legal sovereignty.
As a research and consulting center under Ai Mo Innovation Consultants, CAT Law aims to enhance technology regulations, foster ethical practices, and build techno-legal capacity across Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, and Uzbekistan.
